“Internships, Co-op, Experiential Education – Where Next?”—that is the theme to be discussed at the 2014 Global Internship Conference (GIC), to be held from June 10-13, 2014 in Toronto, Canada. InteRDom will join the more than 270 professionals, educators, and researchers at the conference hosted by the University of Toronto in partnership with the Academic Internships Council (AIC) and with academic support from Michigan State University.

Dominican Students Receive Certificates in Transnational Law Through Global Dominican Academic Exchange Program
The Transnational Law Program, the latest initiative of the Global Dominican Academic Exchange Program (GDAE), came to a close on Monday, April 21 at the University of Georgia School of Law when students received certificates of participation from Dean Rusk Center for International Law and Policy director and former Congressman, C. Donald Johnson, and Global Internship Program director Maria Eugenia Gimenez.

InteRDom hosts CCNY Partners for Change Public Health Researchers in the Dominican Republic
The Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership’s initiative Partners for Change has teamed up with the InteRDom program to bring a group of student public health researchers to conduct field work in Santo Domingo from April 13-19, 2014.
