GMAI Will Offer Scholarships for Students to Attend Film Course at NYU

The Global Media Arts Institute (GMAI), New York University’s Opportunity Programs and One Race Films awarded five scholarships to Dominican students 18 to 20 years of age interested in audiovisual arts and/or television and film production.

(Colegio San Judas Tadeo), Ramón Alfonso Peña Rodríguez (Escuela Nacional de Artes y Oficios (ENAO)), Johanna Jiménez (Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, Santiago), Carlos Andrés Peralta Cruz (Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra), Luvil González Peña (INTEC) will realize a six week film course at New
York University. Students were chosen based on their academic performance and professional interests.
