GFDD to Attend CIEE Conference and Relevant International Education Events

On November 19-22, representatives of Global Foundation for Democracy and Development (GFDD) will attend the CIEE Conference 2014. Every year GFDD has participated in this annual event hosted by an important leader in the study abroad industry, the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE). This year CIEE Conference will be held in Baltimore, Maryland with the theme
"Cost. Curriculum. Culture".
GFDD’s participation at the CIEE Conference provides an excellent opportunity to promote InteRDom, our internship and academic exchange program, amongst study abroad officials from hundreds of universities, in addition to do relevant networking with other international program providers and stay up-to-date on current trends and interests
in the field.
The conference takes place during International Education Week, hosted by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the United States, and GFDD representatives will also be attending other events at U.S. universities and colleges aimed at encouraging students to travel abroad.
