Calling All Dominican Business Students for the Next GDAE Program at Babson College!

Applications are now open for the next Global Dominican Academic Exchange (GDAE) program, being held at Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts from November 2-8, 2015. Dominican undergraduate students studying business and/or entrepreneurship are invited to apply to participate in this exciting exchange experience.

Participants will be paired with a Dominican-American student host at Babson College, with whom they will be lodged, attend classes and participate in an agenda of activities scheduled by the student hosts. The event has been strategically scheduled during International Education Week (IEW) so that it will coincide with activities and speakers representing and celebrating international exchange and education.
 Additional activities include a tour of the campus and the historic city of Boston, a forum on Dominican/Dominican-American issues, a mixer with other Dominican student organizations in the Boston area, and a discussion with a Dominican business community leader about the American education system and their success in Business in the United States.

All interested Dominican undergraduate students should apply through the application form and must include their unofficial transcript, resume,

GFDD) and its sister organization in the Dominican Republic, Fundación Global Democracia y Desarrollo (FUNGLODE), aims to introduce Dominican students to the American style of liberal arts education and encourage dialogue between Dominican students and their Dominican-American
counterparts attending these institutions, thereby encouraging and inspiring partnership and entrepreneurship initiatives which will foster innovation and stimulate Dominican economic development and international understanding.
