The GFDD and FUNGLODE are pleased to announce the second revised edition of New Perspectives: Dominican Republic, a series of some 400 breathtaking aerial photos of the Dominican Republic is now available at the Santo Domingo and Puerto Plata Airports. Also now available on Amazon, the book can also be purchased at shops all around
the DR including Libreria Cuesta, Britt Shop Dominicana and Jumbo Luperon. Increased sales since its first run in 2007 obliged publishers to print a second edition as wholesalers around Latin America, the Caribbean and the USA are clamoring for their copies.

Due to its unique view, hundreds of feet in the air, New Perspectives: Dominican Republic indeed presents a look at otherwise little known facets of the country’s diverse landscapes and
micro-climates. Many of the same photos in the book have formed part of a successful traveling photo exhibit that has drawn admiring crowds in Europe, Latin America, USA and at home in the DR.

The photos were taken by Dominican-based French photographer, Anne Casale, under the direction of editor-in-chief and creator, Natasha Despotovic.
