GMAI and Daytona State College Will Present Courses on Television Production in July

The Global Media Arts Institute (GMAI), in collaboration with Daytona State College, will present two courses on television production, “TV I” and “TV II” July 6-17, from 8:00 am
– 5:00 pm, at FUNGLODE headquarters in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

“TV I” will provide course participants with instruction on all facets of in studio television
production, including: use of the teleprompter, floor direction, character creation, technical direction, camera usage and filming, lighting and sound.

“TV II,” a continuation of “TV I” will emphasize the quality standards required by modern television. During this course, students will analyze the productions they
realized in “TV I” and will work to improve their abilities in all areas of television production. Completion of “TV I” is a prerequisite for “TV II.”

The cost of this course is 8,500 pesos. There is a course limit of 20 persons.
