Meet InteRDom at Columbia University Not-for-Profit and Public Service Career Fair
February 24, 2009As a continuation of its outreach to New York area based students and universities, the internship program InteRDom will attend the Not-for-Profit and Public Service Career Fair at Columbia University on March 6, 2009.
The fair will be held by Columbia University’s Center for Career Education, and hosted in conjunction with Barnard College, Columbia University School of
International and Public Affairs, Columbia University School of Social Work and Teachers College, Columbia University. The fair will mark InteRDom’s second visit to Columbia in a month, coming after a successful information session given to students on February 17, 2009.
InteRDom will have a booth at the fair, where interested students can drop off their resumes and fill out application forms for the program, as well as discuss their research projects and study
area with team members. InteRDom is also looking forward to meeting students belonging to ethnic and multicultural student organizations that may be interested in having InteRDom present the program for students at an organization meeting.

In the
past, the fair has attracted more than 1,000 students and 100 employers and organizations from the not-for-profit and public service sectors. The list of universities sponsoring the fair and sending students to attend is at 22 and growing in number, including many New York area schools, as well as out-of-state universities such as Yale University, Johns Hopkins University, Amherst College and the University of Pennsylvania.

services the students belonging to Columbia College, the Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, School of General Studies, School of Continuing Education, The Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, The School of Arts and the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation.
