Water Conference Postponed

Due to unexpected circumstances, the speech scheduled to be given by water expert, Dr. Teodosio Paulino, “Water: Blue Gold,” has been postponed until further notice. The event was scheduled to take place Thursday, April 17 at FUNGLODE Headquarters in Santo Domingo.

Global Foundation for Democracy and Development (GFDD) and Fundacion Global Democracia y Desarrollo (FUNGLODE)  and the Dominican Ministry of
Environment and Natural Resources coordinated the activity and have confirmed that they will announce the new date for the water conference in the coming days on this website.

The conference was organized as part of the preparations underway in the Dominican Republic to participate in the upcoming Expo Zaragoza 2008, which will take place in the city of Zaragoza, Spain, June 14 — September 14, 2008.
