José María Antón Discusses the Critical Importance of Virtual Educa

During the third edition of Virtual Educa, inaugurated Wednesday, March 5, 2008, Secretary General, José María Antón, highlighted the critical importance of the event sponsored by Global Foundation for Democracy and Development (GFDD) and Fundación Global Democracia y Desarrollo (FUNGLODE).
Antón maintained that Virtual Educa Caribe is not only a meeting between
